SLA dashboard

Review current sla dashboard behavior, availability, limits, and operating details for Slash Social.

What it includes

The SLA dashboard tracks aging inbox conversations against response targets for the active brand. Admins, creators, and approvers use it in the Engage work center to see which DMs and public threads are inside or outside target before response delays grow.

How to use it

Plan access: Available on the Team plan. Not included on Free or Starter. See Plan comparison for details.

Where to find it:

  1. Open /social, switch to Settings or Engage, and open the SLA dashboard when your role allows it.
  2. Choose Adjust SLA from the dashboard to change targets.

What the dashboard shows:

Area What you can do
Dashboard See which conversations are inside or outside target for the active brand
Targets Edit numeric SLA fields in the config modal; values must pass validation shown in the form
Alerts Pair SLA breaches with notification preferences so owners get alerted when items exceed target

Configuration scope: SLA settings are brand-scoped. The config modal sets separate targets for DMs and public conversations. Saving new targets affects measurements for new and open conversations after submit.

What it measures: The dashboard summarizes community health metrics tied to inbox conversation age. It does not track platform publishing SLAs.

How to confirm a change: Adjust a target, open a conversation that exceeds the new threshold, and confirm the dashboard or related health view marks it outside target.
